You can avail COD (Cash on Delivery) option for orders ..for orders above 1200 and fully customised product like bottle mugs pendrive a small booking amount will be collected

4. When will I get the product delivered?
The standard deivery time is 5-7 working days from the date of order as our products are custom made for you. We also have same day dispatch for urgent delivery available.📮

You can return certain products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery📮. You can send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org📧 The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

15. What Items can I Return?
You can only return items that are damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. ⚠️ An unboxing video is Compulsory to avail the return policy.
16. What if the parcel gets returned back by the shipping company?
In any circumstance if your parcel gets returned back to us by the company if the customer’s phone was not reachable📵, if the address mentioned was incomplete, etc you’ll have to pay the shipping amount again for us to reship it to you.
17. When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received, subject to the following conditions:
🔶️The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
🔶️The packaging should have the original packaging.
🔶️They should be returned within 10 days from the dispatch date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.❌️
